Sabudana vada is a light and crispy snack. It can be made as a morning or evening snack or it can be had during fasts ( upvas ). Soaked sabudana or Sago is mixed with boiled potatoes, crushed peanuts and selected spices. They are shaped into vadas and fried till the outside is crunchy while the inside remains soft and mushy. Tastes great with green coconut chutney or sweetened yoghurt. Ingredients: Potato, Sabudana, Peanuts, Green Chilli, Ginger, Salt, Lime Juice, Sugar, Cumin, Black Salt.
