Job Description Position : Civil Engineer for onshore pipeline Reports to : Engineering Manager Has authority : Structural Engineering Is responsible for  Review of Front End Engineering (FEED).  Preparation and follow-up of Civil Specification adapted to the contract requirement.  Preparation of data sheets for various materials.  Preparation of foundations design, buildings design, supports design, platforms or others structural steel structure and construction procedures.  Preparation of MTOs and requisitions.  Preparation of Technical and commercial bid evaluation reports and selection of vendors.  Supervision of civil construction work and monitoring day to day progress.  Review of vendor documents.  Co-ordination with other disciplines and vendors.  Checking QA/QC of the civil works.  Preparation of As Built Drawings.
